Partnership | Re-Twin Energy joins the FfE research network
2 min read
Re-Twin Energy is pleased to announce that we have officially joined the FfE (Forschungsgesellschaft für Energiewirtschaft e.V.) network. FfE is one of Germany’s leading applied research institutions in the energy sector, bringing together stakeholders from science, industry, and the public sector to work on solutions for the future energy system.
Becoming a member of this renowned network allows Re-Twin to contribute to and benefit from ongoing research and discussions on energy flexibility, system integration, and digitalization. With a strong focus on battery energy storage and AI-powered decision support, we see great potential for collaboration with other members and research partners.
One important step in this collaboration will be the integration of long-term energy price forecast curves from FfE into the Re-Twin Energy Suite. This will further enhance our platform’s ability to support realistic, forward-looking investment and operations decisions for storage assets.
Our goal is to bridge the gap between data-driven innovation and practical energy system challenges. Through this membership, we look forward to engaging in working groups, research projects, and the broader exchange of ideas that support the transition to a more flexible, reliable, and decarbonized energy system.
We are excited to be part of the FfE community and to contribute our perspective to one of the most important conversations of our time: how to build a smart, sustainable energy future.
